Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Weigh in the rice, chickpeas and millet seeds. Put on measuring cup and grind on sp. 10 for 1 minute. Add the amaranth flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum & salt, put measuring cup in and mix on speed 4 for 30 seconds. Set flour mix aside into a bowl.
Add the coconut milk and water to the mixing bowl with honey and dry yeast, heat at 50° for 3 minutes, speed 2.
When yeast mixture is finished, add eggs, olive oil and reserved flour mixture and mix speed 4 for 2 minutes. The dough will come out fairly sticky, but it will be pliable. Line thermoserver or insulated bowl with baking paper, remove dough with spatula and put lid on, allow to rise for 30 minutes, until doubled in size.
Shape onto pizza trays lined with baking paper with spatula or hands. The dough is very sticky, so keep hands oiled for best results. Blind bake in hot oven for 5-10 minutes, until edges just starting to colour. Allow to cool slightly and add your favourite toppings and cook for desired time depending on toppings.
Makes two 25cm pizzas.
