      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add water and Yeast

    1 min 37c speed 1

    Flour, salt and oil

    15seconds speed 6

    4min   knead funcion with out mc

    let it sit for 4 to 5 min

    use a oven clear bag add oil in it

    add dough after adding cuts across the top of the bread

    dust with flour

    cold oven at 200c

    cook for 40 min
