      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Very Easy steps
  1. 1. Add all ingredients in this order; water, yeast, sugar, flour, salt, oil.
    2. Mix for 10 seconds on speed 4.
    3. Kneed for 4 minutes.
    4. Let rest in Thermomix for 30 minutes with measuring cup on.
    5. Make 8-12 rolls, depending on size and put into oven tray (I like to use one with sides rather than a flat one) then cover with silicon mat or wet towel.
    6. Let prove for 1 hour
    7. Preheat oven to 180C
    8. Cook for 20 minutes
