Bread
- 400 gram water, warm
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 30 grams Olive Oil or Butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bread improver
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe's preparation
Put above ingredients into TX , 2 seconds on speed 5 then 35-40 seconds on speed 2. Leave this to foam up for about 5 minutes.
Now add:
600g Flour
2 Tablespoons Skim Milk Powder
Set timer for 17 seconds and gradually wind speed up to 7. Can add more flour or water at this stage if you need to - i don't.
Set to closed lid position and mix for 2 1/2 minutes on interval speed.
Tip into a greased bowl and allow to rise till double its size (about 1/2 hour)
Tip onto a floured board and shape into 2 loaves or 24 dinner rolls and allow to rise till double in size.
Bake loaves ad 200C with no fan for 8 mins then cover with foil (to save excess browning) and reduce temperature to 180 with the fan on and bake for 30 mins.
For buns bake at 180 fanbake for about 11-12 mins.
