      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method.
  1. Break biscuits in half or quarters and add to the bowl.
    Break chocolate into single pieces and add to bowl.
    Add saltanas and apricots, blend all for 20 seconds, speed 8.
    Squeeze small amounts of mixture in your hand to compact it, then roll into balls.

Tip

Most block chocolate should work fine, I used a mix of lindt dark chocolate and Old Gold original.
55g of Ginger Nuts is 6 biscuits.
The mixture was dry enough to not stick to the bowl so a spatula wasn't needed.
Quantity of pieces will depend on the size of your balls.
