  • 100 grams dried figs
  • 100 grams rolled oat
  • 50 grams raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    To prepare mixture
  1. Soak apricots in hot water for 15 minutes and drain thoroughly

    Add apricots and hazelnuts into TMX bowl and chop 10 seconds speed 8. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Repeat if necessary.

    Add all other remaining ingredients (except sesame seeds) and chop 20-30 seconds speed 5 until thoroughly mixed. Scraping down sides of bowl as needed.

    Roll in balls (approx tablespoon( amounts into balls and coat in sesame seeds. Refridgerate.

Tip

You can add whatever you want really. Dried apricots, sultanas, craisins or you can make a nut version and add whatever nuts you like instead of the seeds.
