If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Crumb biscuits – 8 Seconds – Speed 5 -> Set Aside
2. Chop Dates – 10 Seconds – Speed 7 -> Set Aside – This step is quite loud.
3. Chop Oats – 10 Seconds – Speed 5
4. Add remaining ingredients excluding condensed milk
5. Mix dry ingredients – 10 Seconds – Speed 4
6. Mix – 1 Minute – Speed 3 -> While mixing, add condensed milk through lid slowly – the whole tin should take the full minute to add
7. Make balls from mixture – 1 tablespoon full & roll in extra coconut
