  • 65 grams almonds
  • 150 grams Cashews
  • 20 pieces pitted dates
  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 2 heaped tablespoons cocoa powder, 70% cocoa

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. 1. Add 65g almonds and 150g cashew to bowl and mill for 10 seconds, speed 8 until they resemble bread crumbs. Set aside in another bowl.
    2. Add 20 dates to bowl and blitz for 10-15 seconds on speed 9.
    3. Add nuts and all other ingredients back into bowl and use 2 second turbo until all is combined.
    4. Roll into balls and coat with either extra coconut or cocoa powder.

    Optional. You can add a hand full of choc bits or cacao nibs. If you do dont use turbo to combine, use Counter-clockwise operation speed 4 for 10-20 seconds.
