Yummy creamed rice!
Tip
Creamed rice will thicken on standing.
Either serve warm or chilled. You can add cinnamon, or other flavourings of your choice.

OMG I just made this with chocolate macadamia milk - it is so delicious! I dropped the sugar a bit and omitted the salt. Will definitely be making it this way again. 😀

Made this today and loved it 😊 my only problem was the rice was still Abit crunchy use Arborio and kept cooking it longer in hope it would cook it does anyone have any tips ? Would love to try again
Absolutely perfect, I used aborio rice. My kids smashed this one down, the hardest part was waiting for it to be cool enough to eat!
This is a great recipe. I am the only one in my house that likes creamed rice, and this works well halved.
When I can get 1lt of milk on clearance for .49c this is my go to desert recipe.
My family like it cold so I reduce the rice to 150g as it sets very firm.
Delicious.
Have made this a few times now, so easy and delish - it tastes just like my mum's stovetop recipe.
