- 100 grams pitted dates
- 40 grams almonds
- 15 grams sunflower seeds
- 15 grams raisins
- 10 grams cocoa powder, (your preferred choice)
- 2 drops Peppermint Oil, - optional
- 15 grams grated coconut

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
- Put dates, almonds, sunflower seeds and raisins in the bowl. Mix 30s / sp5
Add cocoa and peppermint oil and mix 45s / sp10, check texture is good enough to form balls. If not, continue for 10-15 more seconds.
Make balls and roll on grated coconut.
I used a measuring tbsp to make the balls
