Ella's Date Balls

  • 200 g dates, seed removed
  • 85 g tahini
  • 45 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 40 g Maple syrup
  • 45 g goji berries, dried
  • coconut, dessicated

Recipe's preparation

    Prepare balls
  1. Add Goji berries, chop 5 sec, sp 10

    Add remaining ingredients (except coconut)

    Chop 10 sec, sp10

    Roll mixture into small balls, and coat in coconut

    These were so easy and everyone loved them. Did not have enough dates so I used sultanas and almonds and squeezed some orange juice to make it easy to clump together because I changed the recipe slightly.
