      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Ferrero Rocher Bliss Balls
  1. 1. Add all the above ingredients into your bowl.

    2. Blitz 40 seconds/Speed 4. (I like to have some chunky bits of hazelnuts for texture, like the outside of a Ferrero Rocher chocoate, however if you wish to have a finer texture, blitz on Turbo a few times until desired consistency.)

    3. With damp hands, use a metal tablespoon to measure out the crumb-like texture, and squeeze the mixture in your hand and shape into a ball.

    4. Place in fridge to set and enjoy!

Great recipe I only had normal dates so used them hopefully they taste as good as they look, I also added a little water to my mix as it was a bit dry, think that is due to the ordinary dates though!

A hit with the family! This is the first time I have made bliss balls. Recipe so easy will never buy them again. I didn't have quite enough hazelnuts so topped up with cashews still delightful. Thanks for the recipe.

These are incredible! I love that they have ingredients other than dates, cacao, honey and nuts. Stuff I just love to add. I've made one batch a week for the past month, they just disappear in my house!
