Gluten Free Rum Balls

Ingredients

30 piece(s)

  • 300 grams almonds, Unblanched
  • 30 grams cocoa
  • 60 grams Bacardi rum
  • 80 grams Desiccated Coconut, plus extra for rolling balls
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 dashes Mint Syrup, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almonds into TM bowl and grind for 10 seconds, speed 8.

    Add Coconut and grind for 5 seconds, speed 8.

    Add Cocoa and mix for another 5 seconds, speed 6.

    Add Bacardi, condensed milk, and mint if using, mix for 10 seconds, speed 4.

    Measure out small amounts to roll into balls, coating in coconut.

Tip

For best results, put TM bowl in fridge for 10 mins before trying to roll balls.
