Tip
This is a great easy recipe for kids to make themselves.
Can use different types of chocolate blocks for variety, e.g - white choc, peppermint, caramello etc
Delicious served warm or cold - consistency is very similar to store bought chocolate yogo type desserts. Store in an air tight container in fridge for a few days (if it lasts that long)
Will thicken upon cooling, but you can cook for 1-2 mins longer for thicker consistency when hot.

Can i ask a question,, I made this yesterday and did the exact quantities but it hasnt gotten thicker. it was actualy liquad when put in my fridge and when i took it out to check had built a skin on top but that is it. That skin is still there so the custard is half chunky and then runny. I dont have a Thermomix but i do have a Bellini or Smith and Noble as they are now called and its basically the same thing.
What can i do to see if i can fix this and make it turn into actual custard
Thanks
