  • 4 Lemons rind and juice, Use a peeler and take the zest off the lemon and cut in half and juice
  • 360 grams raw sugar

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Peel lemons and put rind in tm with sugar put lid and mc put spreed 9 for 20 seconds

    Insert butterfly whisk

    Add eggs, juice, and butter cook on 70° on speed 3 for 15 minutes



    Once cooked pour into sterilised jars

    Mixture is started to set but still runny while warm will set as it cools
  2. Can be used to add to cheesecake, on toast, add to ice cream, on pavlova and many more deserts
