Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add raw sugar to mixing bowl and milk for 10 sec / sp 9 / MC on
- Add to mixing bowl, cubed mango and blend 10 sec / sp 8 / MC on
- Insert whisk and add to mixing bowl the 2 egg whites and juice from 1 small lemon. Mix for 10 mins / sp 4 / MC off. Place simmering basket on lid to avoid splashes.
- Mixture should resemble meringue. Place in a 2 litre sealed container and place in freezer until set. Serve in and ice cream cone or bowl. Enjoy!!
