Mango Fluff

  • 170 g raw sugar
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 mangoes, Cheeks, cubed
  • 1 lemon, Juice only

Recipe's preparation

    Mango Fluff
  1. Add raw sugar to mixing bowl and milk for 10 sec / sp 9 / MC on
  2. Add to mixing bowl, cubed mango and blend 10 sec / sp 8 / MC on
  3. Insert whisk and add to mixing bowl the 2 egg whites and juice from 1 small lemon. Mix for 10 mins / sp 4 / MC off. Place simmering basket on lid to avoid splashes.
  4. Mixture should resemble meringue. Place in a 2 litre sealed container and place in freezer until set. Serve in and ice cream cone or bowl. Enjoy!!

Tip

Can be used as a light and fluffy mousse but is best eaten frozen
