Pavlova

  • 8 Eggs, Large
  • 330 grams white sugar
  • 1 pinch cream of tartar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

    Eggs ready
  1. Seperate eggs and leave uncovered at room temperature for 24 hours. (need eggs whites only)

  2. Main Steps
  3. Preheat oven to 150'C

    Mill Sugar into icing sugar 5 seconds / speed 9 - set aside

    Add egg whites and cream of tartar to bowl, insert butterfy 5 minutes / 37'C / speed 4 - MC OFF

    5 minutes / 37'C / speed 3 - MC OFF - gradually add sugar through MC hole (approx 1 tsp per 10 seconds)

    Add vinegar and vanilla - cook for further 30 seconds/ speed 2.5

    Add mixture to a lined baking tray into desired shape.

    Turn oven down to 120'C and bake for 1 hour 20 minutes, turn off oven and allow to cool in oven completely before adding your topping.
