Plum Clafouti (converted Donna Hay recipe)

So delicious and easy! Will definitely  be making it again, and try different versions such as cherry!

We used tinned plums and it was delish, and oh so easy!!

This just didn't work for me at all. The dough was rubbery and didn't rise even though it was cooked through fine. Maybe I used the wrong plums, but it wasn't sweet either. Sorry, just not nice at all

I made this tonight - my first clafouti!  It turned out perfectly and was delicious!  Thanks for the great recipe.  I think I'll try cherries next time.  Yum!
