Quick Reliable Fudge

  • 160 g brown sugar
  • 120 g Butter
  • 125 g golden syrup
  • 1 pinches salt
  • 200 g white chocolate, Broken in pieces

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Condensed Milk, Sugar, Butter, Golden Syrup and Salt in Tm Bowl.
  2. Cook 8min/100/Sp3 (Without the MC)
  3. Carefully take lid off so no condensation falls in to the Bowl. Scrape the sides of the bowl.
  4. Cook for 20min/Varoma/Sp3 (Without the MC) Meanwhile line a 30cm/20cm tray with baking paper.
  5. Place chocolate pieces and combine for 10 Sec/Spd 4
  6. Scrap side of the bowl. Combine for 10Sec/Spd4
  7. Pour into Tray Working really quickly
  8. Let it set. Cut to desired size.

Tip

Clean your TM Bowl by placing 500ml of Milk and Cook for 2min/100/Sp2. Kids wil LOVE this Drink AND your bowl is free from leftover fudge mixture
