      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Place all ingredients, except the jam, into the TM bowl and with the MC in place blend for 10 seconds and speed 8 (or until very smooth).

  3. Divide the mixture among 6 ramkins.  Place the ramekins in a roasting pan, then fill the pan with enough boiling water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins.

  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and set but with a slight wobble.

  5. Serve with home-made blackberry (or other) jam.
