      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    Custard
  1. Add all ingredients

  2. Turbo for 2 seconds

    (repeat 3 times)

  3. Cook 7 minutes, 90 degrees, Speed 4

Tip

You can swap the arrowroot for cornflour just use half so 20g

    This is the BEST! I accidentally put in 100g dates so scaled back on the sugar. Used coconut sugar instead of raw. Kids loved it!
