BBq Chicken

chicken Marinade

  • 2 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  • 4 tablespoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoon tomatoes sauce
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Chinese wine
  • a dash sesame oil

  • 12 pieces chicken drumstick deboned
  • 2 tablespoon oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1, 12 chicken drumstick deboned (marinate with 2 tbsp dark soya sauce, 4 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 3 tbsp light soya sauce, 2 tbsp chinese wine and dash of sesame oil, add more sugar if you feel under seasoned) for 4 hours 

    2, Insert butterfly put oil and chicken inside,set for 10 minutes at 120 .

    3, Researve the marinaded for oven glaze sauce.

    4, Take out chicken, put into oven glaze with sauce. Sauce continue to cook another 6 minutes at 120 until it thickens. Glaze chicien in oven twice.

    5,  Glaze chicken with the sauce from TM bowl, put in oven for 4 minutes. Flip them, glaze again and put in oven for another 4 minutes (temperature about 160-180 degree).

If you have very little sauce left in the bowl, you can add half a cup of hot water, dash of light & dark soya sauce, tomato ketchup, chinese wine and some sugar and cook down at Varoma for few minutes.
