Ingredients

8 piece(s)

Beef Patties

  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams cheese
  • 500 grams Beef mince
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100 grams breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place carrot, onion, garlic and cheese in TM bowl and chop speed 7 for 5 seconds, scrape bowl and chop for furthur 2 seconds.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix speed 7 for 10 seconds.

    Divide mixture into pattie size of your choice (I got 8 medium sized patties), roll and flatten. Cook on BBQ or stovetop for 3-5 minutes a side.

    Delicious!

    I made these tonight, and despite looking nothing like beef burgers colourwise, they were absolutely delicious! Really moist and light - they were the absolute business with freshly baked brioche buns!! I didn't have bread to put in for the breadcrumbs, so blitzed almonds with the rosemary for low carb crumbs instead. Thank you for a great recipe tmrc_emoticons.-)

    Very easy to make and super tasty. Lots of great flavour, despite the colour of the patties being an orange kind of colour. Plenty of second helpings from the family. No need to add sauce - delicious as they are.  With a single batch, I got 11 medium size patties!
