If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Place onion and garlic in bowl - 5 seconds on speed 7
Add paprika, curry powder and oil - 5 minutes, Varoma, speed 1 with MC off
Place butterfly whisk in bowl
Add meat and soy sauce - 5 minutes, Varoma, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Add red wine, soup mix and half of the canned soup - 30 minutes, 100, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 (with basket on top)
Add chopped veg and other half of the canned soup - 15 minutes, 100, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1
Reduce speed to 0.5 and cook for a further 15 minutes at 100 degrees
