Tip

This is a family favourite... my kids love being able to eat with their fingers!  To assemble simply pile rice and chicken on pappadums with a small dollop of mango chutney.

You could be adventurous and make your own Mango Chutney!  This one looks particuarly good... www.recipecommunity.com.au/recipes/mangochilli-and-ginger-chutney/124530

This dish is a regular in our house.  So easy to make and so tasty.  I stir the spinach through the sauce rather than the rice, the kids don't notice they are eating it!

Didn't have pappadums or chutney so we just had the spinach rice and curry but the whole family loved this. Even the kids finished their dinner for once and hubby commented that this was the best dish made from the Thermomix so far!
