Made this for the first time tonight. Took me a bit longer than 30 minutes but I did also make some coconut rice to go on the side. Next time I will cook up some veggies to go on the side too.
Quite a nice flavour, not spicy. I used Babas curry powder. Does make a heap of curry sauce. So plenty to freeze.

👌Delicious...family win! I added 50 grams or coconut milk left over from making coconut rice. I cooked the chicken in smaller portions and in air fryer. Also done with gluten-free flour and taste the same. So yummm thanks for sharing.

This is brilliant!! With the stock I used the scales and measured a good heaped tablespoon of chicken stock paste then added water to make the 400gms. Its pretty much exactly like the shop bought. I used Babas curry powder.

I have been meaning to make this for ages so decided to give it a go. Firstly reading though the comments I couldn’t decide about the stock. Looking at the photo and realising that there was two TBS flour in recipe I decided to use LIQUID stock 400 g. I added chilli which really wasn’t needed as the curry was quite hot and in the end a couple of tbs tomato sauce and cooked a further two minutes. My biggest issue is that it burnt my Thermomix in two sections. I have just cleaned it with vinegar, bicarbonate etc. I was wondering if anyone else had their TM BURNT ?
I will make the chicken for dinner tonight and serve it with the lovely sauce.

I changed some ingredients to make it more friendly to our diet and it was still sooooo good. I used GF flour and coconut aminos instead of soy sauce. I also used almond meal instead of panko for the breadcrumbs.

This needs to be served with mayonaise, just like in the asian takeaway.

Made this last night, and found it really simple, authentic tasting and delicious!
Couple of suggestions for the people confused about some things:
Chicken stock -- I used a heaped tablespoon of Chicken Stock Paste, and added boiling water to top up to 400gm, this was PERFECT, try that!
Chicken -- we sliced the 4 breasts in half, down the middle (Imagine butterflying, but going all the way) and they were the perfect thickness, we made 8.
Curry powder -- I used Babas
I really enjoyed this dish served as suggested...
I really enjoyed this dish served as suggested with rice and crumbed chicken. One comment had mentioned mayo also served with the chicken and this was a great addition!
A couple of things,
1. I found the 400g chicken stock VERY difficult to interpret. I used 250g of ECB concentrate stock with the rest made up of water. This was clearly a mistake because it was so salty it was inedible. I had to add 2-3 tall glasses of water to the mixture to reduce the salt taste, but then this resulted in a very runny sauce. If making again I would use about 2 tablespoons of ECB concentrate vege stock and make the rest of the 400g with water.
2. The timeframes are also a little misleading. This sauce and also the chicken actually took quite a bit longer than the time stated.
Thanks for the recipe!
