Made this last night. I used the vegies I had in my crisper. Used milk instead of cream as I didn't have any. I honestly didn't think anyone would eat it. But, to my surprise, everyone did. Including my vegie hating 1 year old. I will definitely make again with the right ingredients to see what it was meant to be like. :)

Yummy. Topped it with puff pastry rather than potato. The filling was a good dinner for my 9 month old, so the whole family was happy!

We loved this dish. I had 3 boys (11, 9, 7yrs old) all ask for 2nds. Next time I'd put it in a smaller, deeper dish so the potato was thicker on top!

    Delicious, will definitely make again.

I made the short crust pastry from the Everyday TM cookbook, and baked for 15 minutes before adding the pie mix.

    So good!
