Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seed
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, (optional)
  • 1 oinion, halved
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 700 g Minced beef
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can corn kernals, drained
  • sour cream, to seve
  • Corn chips, to serve
  • cooked rice, to serve

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Mill cumin, coriander, cayenne 10 sec, speed 9 then cook for 1 min, varoma, speet 1

    2. Add onion, garlic chop 5 sec, speed 7

    3. Add peanut oil saute 3 min, varoma, speed 1

    4. Add mince, cook 7 min, 100 degrees, speed 1

    5. Add diced tomato, tomato paste, kidney beans, corn 10 minutes/ 100 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation Gentle stir setting
