Easy meat rissoles

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 handful of flatleaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 breadcrumbs (can be made in Thermomix), 1-2 cups
  • 500 grams meat, any kind but beef works well
  • 20 grams olive oil

Recipe's preparation

    5 minute rissoles
  1. First Chop the garlic and onion 5 secs on Speed 7

    Then Saute (MC off) for 2 minutes 100degrees celcius, Speed 2

    Next add handful of flatleaf parsley 5 seconds Speed 7

    To mince meat add cubed into thermomix and for chunky style mince use lid closed turbo function a few bursts

    Add egg and breadcrumbs 1 cup first (add extra after if required for better consistency)

    Last, use the interval setting with lid closed to get good consistency and all ingredients combined

    Roll into patties/rissoles (make ~6) and shallow fry in pan with extra olive oil

Tip

Add extra breadcrumbs as needed if mixture is too runny and patties don't hold together
