Turkey thigh - rolled
- 1 package Frozen rolled Turkey Thigh, I used Inghams brand but any will do. Stuffed or not
Fluid Seasoning
- 1 litre water
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 2-3 sprigs Sage, large sprigs and leave whole
- 1 sprig rosemary, Approximately 4 inches long and leave whole
- 2-3 cloves garlic, Peeled and whole

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
"Closed lid" Add all fluid seasoning ingredients to bowl
"Closed lid" Place lid on without measuring cup
Roughly line Varoma dish with baking paper.
Fully unwrap turkey and place in varoma.
Place varoma on top of thermomix bowl and lid
"Gentle stir setting" Set time for 60 minutes (for frozen turkey), temp to Varoma and speed 1. Check to see if it is cooked. If not add extra time until juices are running clear - allow for standing time too.

Tip
Adjust time to shorter length if you are cooking the turkey after defrosting.
Fluid seasoning can be used to create a delicious gravy.
I served ours with Cherry Jam and it was delicious.
