  • 3 carrots, (peeled & quartered)
  • 3 sticks spring onion, (whitecut off)
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 level tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 level teaspoons soy sauce

Recipe's preparation

    Garlic & Parsley Burgers.
  1. 1. Add Carrots, Spring Onion & Onion to TM bowl and Blitz 3sec/Speed 6 Scrape down sides and repeat. Set aside.
    2. Add Beef Mince and Mince 40sec/speed 4.
    3. add set aside ingredients & mix 20-40sec/speed 4 or until Combined.
    4. add Remaining ingredients and mix 20-40sec/speed 4 or until Combined.

    If you want to crumb them....

    Grab 2 bowls and in one bowl do a mixture of 2 eggs and splash of milk and in second bowl add bread crumbs.

    shape burgers and dip in Egg mixture and then bread crumbs and shallow fry in frying pan on medium heat

TIP


I made them Crumbed and served them with a Toss salad and Pasta Salad. they would work Perfectly not crumbed you would just need to add an egg or two in step 3.
