Gluten Free Beef burger patties

  • 500 grams diced beef, Slightly frozen
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1 brown onion, peeled halved
  • 10 grams Cornflour (GF)
  • 5 grams tamari
  • 1 egg
  • 8 sprigs Mixed fresh herbs, Of choice

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place garlic, onion and mixed herbs into bowl and chop                 Speed 7/3seconds

  2. Add diced beef to bowl and mince

    Speed 5/10-15 seconds

  3. Add egg, tamari,cornflour and season with salt and paper as desired

    Mix Speed 3.5-4/20 seconds or for as long as cornflour takes to mix in well

  4. Divide mixture into 6 equal patties and use a non stick fry pan to cook lightly sprayed with oil

Tip

Push the patties into 1.0 - 1.5cm thick circles or ovals to make cooking easier.
