Delicious! Will definitely make this one again. I served it with roasted veges (potatoes, pumpkin, carrot, onion, eggplant, capsicum and zucchini) lubricated with olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper).

I really enjoyed this but my kids complained about them being soggy. I probably should have put them on a roasting rack... Will make again and might try with breasts too. Thanks for sharing.

Winner of a dish when I finally convinced the children to taste it, then they wanted more but sadly was all gone. Look forward to cooking this simple dish again. I cooked it for 45 minutes on convection oven then turned it to fan forced for the last 15 minutes to brown up.

I didn’t have enough drumsticks so there was a lot more marinade, should the drumsticks cook in the marinade or be placed on a baking tray with just the marinade on the chicken? thanks

Made this for dinner tonight and it was soooo delicious! A hit and definitely will be repeated.
Smelt devine when preparing
Smelt devine when preparing the marinate and roasting in the oven. I didn't get to eat these because of intolerance to yoghurt and garlic. However my fussy five year old loved the drumsticks and ate more than usual. The rest of the family also enjoyed the but not as much as my five year old. Thank you for posting your recipe.

Delicious! I had only 6 drumsticks so halved the amount of yoghurt, but kept everything else the same quantity. 1hr cooking time was perfect - nicely browned & crispy on top. I'll definitely be making this again, thank you!

These were AMAZING!! the family gobbled them all up and asked for more! I forgot to add the parsley and I used mini drummets as this is what I had on hand. Definitely will be a regular in our house
I think my dish was too small
I think my dish was too small & I had too few drumsticks, as they 'stewed' a bit. This was nice, but not rave-worth for us, although if think if they had room to crisp up a bit more, they would have been better.
Has anyone tried cooking this
Has anyone tried cooking this in the varoma? If so, how long did you cook it for? And would you cook it in the varoma again?

This smells so delicious when it's cooking in the oven!
It took me about 6 repeats to finely grate the lemon rind. I am not sure why.
I cooked the drumsticks for 1 and a quarter hours to make sure they were cooked through, but that is fine with me. I will just need to ensure I allow wnough time to marinate and bake it.
Thanks.

The family came over for dinner tonight, so i made this and it went down a real treat. The marinade was easy to prepare and the finished product was really yum. I cooked mine for the full hour but thats because i'm wary of uncooked chicken.
