Kristy’s chicken parmy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 brown onion
- 30 grams extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Canned crushed tomatoes
- 1-2 tablespoons mixed dried herbs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Add garlic and onion to bowl, chop 5sec/ sp 6, mc on. Scrape down sides of bowl
2. Add oil and sauté 3mins/ varoma/ sp 2 mc on
3. Add all remaining ingredients and cook 20mins/ varoma/ sp 1 mc off
4. Use this sauce on top of chicken snitzel
