Very tasty, tangy lemon with lamb is a wonderful combination. No couscous in house so I put it with rice & steamed green vegetables. This is now one of my favourites! I used (deboned) lamb chops, without a problem, kept the MC off for the first 45 mins to thicken sauce.  Thanks so much for the recipe.

The flavours in this are amazing. Turned out a bit mushy. Would decreasing the cooking time help this? Will definately make this again though. Yummy!

Not sure where I went wrong - followed the recipe exactly but my meat has shredded and the meal looks like sauce tmrc_emoticons.-( Tastes good though, so will try again, and will try cooking it for less time.

    Submitted by ThermiKylie on 8. March 2014 - 10:19.

This is delicious. I halved everything and it fed two adults and 2 kids nicely. I used sweet potato instead of carrot which made the tagine lovely and thick. Most of us Found this a little sweet so would leave out the honey next time. The cous cous was delicious. Thank you.

  • The whole family loved this.

    Submitted by button84 on 8. December 2013 - 22:10.

The whole family loved this. It's beautiful and rich with just enough sweetness. Next time I might even skip the couscous and use the lamb tagine as the insides of a pie. Yum!! Love
