To make Base
- 1 garlic clove
- 20 g olive oil
- 120 g onions
- 80 g carrots
- 400 g mince, Beef,chicken,pork or a mix
- 20 g tomato paste
- 65 g Vegetable Paste, Recipe on Cookidoo
- 2 level teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Thyme, Pinch of, fresh or dried

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add garlic to bowl chop 3 secs/speed 8.
Scrape down sides. Add onion and carrots 3secs/speed 5.
Scrape down side, simmering basket in place. Sauté 4mins/120/speed 1.
Add mince 5 mins/120/"Counter-clockwise operation" /soeed"Gentle stir setting"
Add paste,stock, Worcestershire,salt,pepper and thyme.
15 mins/100/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1.
Divide into 4 portions in chosen dishes and top with cauliflower or sweet potato mash.
