Prosciutto, Pinenut and Spinach Pasta

Ingredients

  • 200 g Dried Pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chilli, red, Long or short to taste
  • 10 leaves Sage, Fresh
  • 2 - 3 pieces lemon zest
  • 20 g oil
  • 90 g prosciutto, Diced
  • 20 g pine nuts
  • spinach, To taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. Boil pasta as per packet instructions in pot and put aside.

  2. Place garlic, chilli, sage and lemon zest into mixing bowl and chop 10 sec/speed 7. Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula and repeat if required.

  3. Add 20g of oil and sauté 3 min/Varoma/speed 1.

  4. Add prosciutto, pinenuts and spinach and cook 3 min/100 degrees/Counter-clockwise operation/speedGentle stir setting.

    Add to pasta and stir. Serve with cheese of your choice.
