If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Set oven at 180C.
Make half the amount of TM mashed potatoes
Combine all ingredients, 30 Seconds, Reverse, Speed 3 except potato and spoon into dish.
Spread potato on the top.
Decorate potato with lines drawn with fork.
(optional) Set aside in refrigerate for 2-3 hours to dry out top of potato for crispier toping.
Place dish on four-sided oven tray.
Bake at 180C for 20 Minutes until brown.
Serve, garnished with parsley.

Cook's notes
Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C.
We use Australian tablespoons and cups:
1 teaspoon equals 5 ml;
1 tablespoon equals 20 ml;
1 cup equals 250 ml.
All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed.
All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified.
All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
