      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Cooking chicken
  1. Chop chicken into cubes and place into Thermomix.

    Add approx 500g water (enough to cover the chicken)

    Cook on Varoma for approx 10 mins in REVERSE speed 1

    Check chicken is cooked, if not cook on 1 minute intervals as above instructions

  2. Shredding the chicken
  3. Drain water from bowl then return bowl to Thermomix and blitz Chicken for 5-7 seconds in REVERSE depending on how fine you want the chicken.

    You could add salt and pepper to taste etc prior to blitzing if you like.
