Shredded Chicken

  • chicken breasts, (how ever much you would like)
  • 1L water
  • 6
  • 7
  • 8
  • 9

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add water to mixing bowl. Place chicken breasts in varoma dish and tray. Make sure steam can flow through for even cooking.
  2. Steam Chicken - Varoma temp / speed 2 / approx 30 mins or until chicken breasts are cooked through.
  3. Discard cooking water. Place 2 chicken breasts (depending on size) at a time into mixing bowl. Shred - 4 seconds / REVERSE speed 4.
    Set aside and repeat until all chicken is shredded.
