- 500 grams Beef, cut into 4 cm pieces
- 1 brown onion, cut in half
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 green capsicum, deseeded and quartered
- 1 stalk Celery, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 200 grams tomato passata
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable stock paste

Add 250g Beef pieces to the TM Bowl. Locked lid/ Turbo 2 - 3 times until desired consistency. Set aside. Repeat with the remaining 250g and set aside.
Place onion and garlic into the TM Bowl and chop on speed 5/ 3 seconds.
Add capsicum and celery to TM Bowl and chop on speed 5/ 3 seconds.
Scrape down the sides of the TM bowl.
Add oil and saute for 5 minutes / Varoma T / / / MC off.
Return the minced beef to the TM bowl and cook for 10 minutes / 100 C / / speed 1. Place the simmering basket on top instead of the MC.
loosen with the aid of the spatula.
Add remainder of ingredients. Cook for 15 minutes / 100 C / / speed 1. Place TM simmering basket on top instead of MC.
Pour into a ThermoServer and serve with accompaniments.

This is often served on a tosted bun with gherkins, or with potato crisps and coleslaw.
