Thai Chicken Burgers
- 2 chicken breast fillets, Skin Off
- 1/3 bunch coriander leaf
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Seasame oil
- 2 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tablespoon pickled ginger
- 4-5 leaves Kaffir lime leaves
- 3 slices bread
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoon peanut oil, (for shallow frying)

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Add Kaffir Lime Leaves, Coriander & Pickled ginger to mixing bowl. Chop speed 8 for 5 seconds. set aside. No need to wash out bowl
Place bread into mixing bowl & turbo 1 sec, 2-3 times until breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Place Chicken fillets into mixing bowl & Turbo 1 sec, 4-5 times until minced.
Add all remaining ingredients including herbs and breadcrumbs (reserving some for crumbing) to the mixing bowl. Mix 10 sec, speed 3 or until all ingredients are mixed evenly. Form 12 burgers. Crumb with reserved breadcrumbs. Shallow Fry for 5 min each side or until cooked
