Tip
Feel free to change up the vege depending on what you have in the fridge/freezer, or prefer...
You can slightly increase the vegetable or mince component to suit your family, if you wish...
You could add in some curry powder for a curried savoury mince...
... or even taco seasoning to make a mexican inspired savoury mince!
We have a family of 6 - to stretch the meal we serve with rice, pasta, jacket potatoes or cornchips etc. Top with mash potato & cheese & you have an awesome cottage pie! Let me know how you serve yours!

Cooked this tonight, so easy and used vegetables that needed using up. Really tasty with lots of leftovers, will definitely be on regular rotation.
Delicious 😋
I have a TM31. The first instruction to cook at 120 degrees i cooked at Verona heat. Followed the rest of the recipe as is.
Very yummy!!
Fabulous versatile recipe thank you
Great easy delicious. Thanks 😁
Great all round recipe. Very similar recipe to Spicy Savoury Mince that I've been making for years and family love it.
Reeally easy and very tasty.
Fantastic - we love this recipe. Great flavour, budget friendly, easy to make and hides lots of veggies 👍. We served with mashed potato yum.
Yummmm!
we absolutely loved this, I'm sure this will become a firm favourite over the long winter months.
Thanks Lailah, the mince didn't turn to mush as you promised. We seasoned well with salt and pepper because we are all adults. I would also in future add a bit of chilli to give it some zing. Nice and hearty in the cold and nice and cheap to make.
Winner! This is one of our families fave meals with 5 out of 5 licking their plates clean. This is on weekly rotation here 👌👌👌👌👌 Quick, easy and delicious.
