Veg loaded Spaghetti Bolognese

  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2-3 celery stalk
  • 400 gram Beef mince
  • 1 cans Ardmona diced tomatoes - mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
  • 2 tsp sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add onion (halfed) and garlic to TM bowl

    2. Chop 5 seconds sp 5 - scrape down sides

    3. Add olive oil, Saute 3 minutes -100 degrees -sp 1

    4. Add roughly cut vegtables to TM bowl. Chop 5 seconds- sp 5

    5. Add beef mince, breaking it apart as you add to TM bowl. Stir through with spatula

    6. Cook 10 minutes - varoma temp - reverse - slowest speed

    7. Add can of diced tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable stock paste and sugar

    8. Cook 20 minutes - 100 degrees - reverse - slowest speed remove measuring cup add simmering basket to lid to stop spatter.




    Serve over pasta of choosing
