If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

I added the zucchini with the garlic and onion and it worked out.  I also added some fresh herbs (parsley and chives) and they tasted nice.  The zucchini makes the patties bleed quite a bit of juice out whilst cooking, however the end result is a tasty, juicy pattie.

When you do recommend adding the zuchini? I added it at step 2, only because I realised then that the zuchini isn't mentioned, but I would presume it goes in at step 1.

My kids loved them, thank you.
