  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot, roughly chopped
  • 1 zucchini, roughly chopped
  • 700 ml Passata Sauce
  • 50gm Tomatoe Paste
  • 1tbls Vegetable stock paste
  • 1sprig rosemary
  • 6sprigs parsley
  • 12 Leaves oregano
  • 1/4tsp cayenne peper
  • 1/8tsp cinnamon
  • 60ml red wine
  • 350gm pork mince
  • 350gm Beef mince
  • 50gm Cubed parmasen
  • 2Lg Zucchini, spirilized

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Firstly Grate the 50gm cubed Parmasen 10 sec, speed 7 and set aside...

     

    1. Add onion and garlic to Closed lid. Chop for 6 seconds, speed 8

     

     

    2. 

    Scrape down sides of Closed lid with spatula.

    Add a spoon of butter and sauté for 2 mins, 100 deg, speed 1.5

     

    3. Add to the Closed lid cut up carrot and Zuchinni place the lid on 6 seconds, speed 7

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Add all the Sauce ingredients to Closed lid except mince, parmasen and spirilized Zuchinni.

    Place mince into steamer Basket and position into Closed lid

    Cook for 15 mins, varoma temp, speed 3.5

     

     

    4. 

    Break mince up with spatula.

    Cook for another 15 mins, varoma temp, speed 3.5

    add mince and the sauce to Thermoserver and mix..

     

    5. Take the Spirilized Zuchinni Zap for 30 secs in a microwave add desired bolognaise sauce and serve with reserved Parmasen.
