    Makes one serving.
  1. To make cauli rice
    1. 145g cauliflower sp4 5 secs

    2. To cauli twice add 90g water
    3. 100g medium or soft tofu
    4. Season with salt and pepper
    5. 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning
    6. 1/2 tsp mustard powder
    7. 1 tsp nutritional yeast
    8. Cook for 15 mins 100'c reverse sp1
