Recipe's preparation
With blades running speed 5, drop onion and garlic through hole in lid to chop
Scrape sides
Add all other indredients and pulse on Turbo 3-4 times until combined. Leave some texture if preferred
Refridgerate for 2-3 hours
Form into patties - size will depend on preference
Heat 1 Tblspn oil in fry pan on med. heat and cook patties until golden.
