Gluten Free Vegan burger patties

Ingredients

  • 222-300 g Brocoli, cut and steamed
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 100 g oats
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 2 tsp Mixed Herbs dried

Recipe's preparation

  1. With blades running speed 5, drop onion and garlic through hole in lid to chop

    Scrape sides

    Add all other indredients and pulse on Turbo 3-4 times until combined. Leave some texture if preferred

    Refridgerate for 2-3 hours

    Form into patties - size will depend on preference

    Heat 1 Tblspn oil in fry pan on med. heat and cook patties until golden.

    In Australia, this recipe is not considered gluten free as it contains oats. (As at 09/02/2024, even uncontaminated oats are not recommended for a coeliac unless monitored by gastroenterologist. Oats are also not gluten free according to Australia and New Zealand food standards.)
