Paleo Sweet Potato Hash Brown

Sweet Potato, Coconut Flour, Eggs, S&P

  • 650 grams Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Flour
  • 6 eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Recipe's preparation

  1. ***Peeling Sweet Potatoes is optional

  2. Cut Sweet Potatos into large chunks

  3. Add all ingredients into 

  4. 5 Seconds on speed 4 (look in bowl to make sure you are happy with the thickness of the sweet potato, each hashbrown takes only a minute or so to cook so make sure the potato is thin enough to cook in that time)

  5. Oil fry pan with butter or coconut oil

  6. Press a thin layer of the mixture onto a pan, making an approx 20cm diameter

  7. Cook until brown then flip
