Ingredients

Spicy Kale

  • 1 bunch fresh kale leaves
  • 1/4 --- red capsicum
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 piece fresh ginger 2cm peeled
  • 1 brown onion
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp TM veg stock
  • pinch black pepper to taste
  • 150 g water
  • 30 g soya granules (TVP)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place onion, garlic, ginger in TM bowl and chop for 3 sec. Speed 7


    2. Add olive oil and sautee 3 min varoma speed 1


    3. Put kale leaves and capsicum cut in small peces in TM and chop


        for 10 sec speed 5 or until fine cut


    4. Add water and pepper and cook for 10 min, Varoma, speed 1


       counter-clockwise operation


    5. After 6 minutes add TVP
